Accomodation Rules
Welcome to your stay! We aim to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for all our paying guests. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have established the following rules and guidelines:
1. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 09:00 a.m., and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
Please inform the management in advance if you need to check in or check out outside of the designated times.
2. Payment:
Accommodation pay must be paid in advance before 19th April.
Late payment may incur additional charges.
Payment methods accepted: online payment(through our website or unstop portal).
You will receive an email confirming your accommodation with your room numbers.
3. Cost of Accommodation:
500 Rs per person for 1 night in a twin-sharing AC Room.
3. Rules
Respect fellow guests and staff at all times.
No loud noises, disturbances, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction.
Guest visitors are not allowed inside the campus.
Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hostel premises as well as in the university campus including rooms and common areas.
Pets and animals are not allowed during the stay.
Non-veg food is not allowed inside the campus.
4. Safety and Security:
Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
Do not leave valuable items unattended in common areas.
Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the management immediately.
Must carry your Identity Card for verification (Aadhaar card copy as well as a student ID card).
5. Guests' Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hostel property during their stay and they will be payable for the damage.
Report any damages or maintenance issues to the management promptly.
Adhere to fire safety regulations and emergency procedures outlined.
6. Compliance:
Failure to comply with accommodation rules may result in warnings, fines, or eviction, depending on the severity of the offense.
7. Amendments to Rules:
The management reserves the right to amend or update hostel rules as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to guests in a timely manner.
Note:-
Girls and Boys' accommodation will be separate.
Guests are required to carry their own bedding (bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket etc.) as we will not be providing the same
